As all our products are handmade, each order requires time for crafting and quality checks before dispatch.
- Orders within Pakistan: Please allow 5–7 working days for processing and delivery.
- International orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. We always aim to dispatch and deliver international orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Within Pakistan
We are pleased to offer free shipping nationwide across Pakistan on all orders.
International Shipping
We ship our handcrafted products internationally to selected countries.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide a 100% replacement for products that arrive damaged.
